Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Java Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience in enterprise-level projects.
Strong proficiency in Java programming language, Java EE, and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
In-depth knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP), XML, JSON, and related technologies.
Experience with database technologies (SQL, ORM frameworks), caching mechanisms, and message queues.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA, Git).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to grasp quickly complex concepts and technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience in performance tuning, scalability, and security considerations in enterprise-level applications.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an added advantage.
